How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website by selecting your meals, choosing your delivery date, and checking out.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, our minimum order is 5 meal per delivery.

Can I customize my meals?

We currently offer set meals designed by the chef. However, you can note any allergies or restrictions at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Storage & Heating

How long do the meals stay fresh?

Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For longer storage, they can be frozen.

Can I freeze the meals?

Yes, most of our meals can be frozen. We recommend freezing meals you won’t eat within 3–4 days of delivery.

How do I reheat the meals?

Meals come in microwave-safe containers. Simply remove the lid and heat for 2–3 minutes, or until hot. Oven instructions are available upon request.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Essex County and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to reach out to us directly.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery fees are based on your distance from our kitchen:
• Up to 10 miles – $5.99
• 10–20 miles – $7.99
• 20–30 miles – $9.99
The applicable fee will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

No. There is no minimum order requirement for local delivery.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

If you're unavailable during delivery, please include any special delivery instructions at checkout. We'll do our best to leave your order in a safe location so you can enjoy your meals when you return.

Pickup

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Yes. We offer in-store pickup at our Irvington, NJ location. Once your order is prepared, you'll receive a notification letting you know it's ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.
